Abyssinia Software Technology PLC builds fintech-related applications and payment integrations for Ethiopian products — wallets, merchant checkouts, fee collection, and operational systems that need local payment rails. We are an independent software company and are not affiliated with Telebirr, CBE, or other payment brands.

What we build

Merchant payment flows, fee collection modules for schools and properties, reconciliation-friendly ledgers, and mobile/web apps that must work with Ethiopian network and UX realities. Integrations with providers such as Telebirr, Chapa, or CBE Birr are scoped as engineering work against official APIs — availability depends on your merchant agreements with those providers.

What we do not claim

We do not operate Telebirr, CBE Birr, or M-Pesa. We do not publish unofficial “download” pages for bank apps. If you need the official consumer app, use the provider’s official channels.
